AFCc was first set up in Thailand in 1981, providing product
development and quality control services to Japanese furniture
importers and manufacturers, and participating in the creation
of Joint-Venture companies between Thai and Japanese manufacturers.
Since then, AFCc has worked with many manufacturers in Netherlands,
Belgium, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines,
Vietnam and China for over 25 years.
Since 1990 AFCc has been operating in China in the field
of Product Development, Manufacturing Sourcing, Quality Control
and On Time Delivery for its European and American clients.
We have been working with importers, wholesalers, chain stores
and manufacturers, and exporting thousands and thousands containers
of furniture to American and European market in the past years.
AFCc has established a quite large production net in China
in the past years in various kinds of furniture including
dinning, bedroom, occasional, juvenile, metal, accent, entertainment,
office and garden furniture, leather and fabric sofa, as well
as kitchen cabinet doors, external & internal doors, and
wooden ware, as well as mattress. In 2004, we started new
business category that is Chinese antique furniture exporting
which is currently growing fast.

Sourcing Capability
AFCc has established the most respected business relationships
with the most highly regarded Chinese manufacturers all over
the country in all different categories of the furniture business.
In the past years, AFCc has built up a very good and trustable
reputation in the field by working very closely with those
manufacturers and helping them tremendously to grow mutual.
We are very familiar with each individual factory production
techniques, capabilities and material usage. Based on each
specific product requirement of potential buyers, AFCc is
able to advice the most suitable factories for a certain type
of product, at the right price and required quality. Its unequaled
negotiating capability will ensure the price is the most competitive.
Quality Control
AFCc has an extensive quality control infrastructure that
is unparallel. There are no outside quality agencies used.
All quality control managers employed by are highly trained
and educated. The quality control managers are housed close
to each factory and work twelve hours a day inside the factory.
Daily extensive reports are required from every manager. Quality
control managers are rotated to ensure integrity of services.
Supervisors, many with engineering degrees, not only manage
the Q.C personnel, but also work with the factory engineers
to accurately interpret customers' specified requirements,
full-scale mechanical design drawings and machinery functionality.
Production schedules are being monitored on daily bases to
ensure on time shipment.
Communication Capability
AFCc has the capability to communicate with our customers
in seven different foreign languages which are English, French,
Germany, Dutch, Thai, Japanese as well as Chinese.
All the above will ensure that AFCc's overseas clients' needs
for low prime cost and solid quality control of production
